In the initial consultation, we take the time to really understand your situation. We listen to you, clarify your questions and show you possible ways forward. You will be given initial ideas as to whether coaching, functional medicine or both are right for you. Then you decide how to proceed.
Both are possible. Many of our coaching and counselling sessions can take place online - flexibly and regardless of location. Medical services, diagnostics and therapies take place at our THM-OPTIMA centre on site. This means you can choose the support that suits your everyday life and needs.
